Abrasive waterjet cuts materials from 1.58 mm to 200 mm thickness. Tolerances of a typical part range between 0.08 and 0.1 mm, although tolerances close to 0.03 mm can be achieved. Composites, ceramics and plastics

Using conventional processing methods for composite materials (hand diamonds, carbide guides, saw blades etc.), considering the composition and orientation of the fibres of advanced composites, the edges get damaged due to heating. Waterjet technology solves these problems.

What makes cutting at Beos Inox with WaterJet technology an advantage over the competition is cutting with 2 heads. The machine we use comes from the latest series of the renowned Czech manufacturer, model WJ420-2Z-SJ-2.

Modern CAM software allows you to choose the cut quality for each segment separately, even within a single part, which enables better optimization of quality and price, while NEST software takes care of maximum material utilization with minimum waste.
